Clubhouse Reservation

Details

• Each booking slot is 5 hours (morning slot and afternoon slot). 

• All bookings are allowed 60 minutes before and after each appointment for setup and cleanup  

• Please return all furniture to its original location after your event  

• Please remove all decorations, empty trash and clean up any food debris after your event. Any homeowner that leaves a mess after a booked event will be assessed a $50 cleaning fee. 

Please Note:  

• Reservation is for Clubhouse Only. 

• Homeowners are still permitted to use the pool and bathroom facilities during any scheduled event. 

• Guests are not permitted in the pool during weekends.
