Rental Cap Discussion:
Last year, there was significant discussion—and some confusion—regarding a proposed rental cap. The measure narrowly failed. Several homeowners have since requested that we revisit this topic and provide clarity around what a rental cap would entail and how it could impact the community.

This year, we’ll be using electronic voting. When you sign in at the meeting, you’ll receive a voting link via email or text.
Please ensure your contact information is up to date with SPMG.
To update your phone or email, contact: propertymanagement@baldwinparkhoa.com
For those without smartphones or who prefer a different method, paper ballots and tablets will be available at the meeting.
Proxy Voting:
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may assign your vote to another homeowner by completing the Proxy Form.
You can also download a copy from our resources section at: www.baldwinparkhoa.com/resources
Suggest an Agenda Topic:
If there are additional items you’d like to see included, email the board at board@baldwinparkhoa.com or use the Contact Us Form on our website at https://www.baldwinparkhoa.com/contact-us
Refreshments:
The board will provide bottled water. While the meeting will not be catered, homeowners are encouraged to bring light snacks to share. It's a casual and neighborly way to make the evening more enjoyable.
We look forward to seeing you there and appreciate your continued involvement in making Baldwin Park a great place to live.
Sincerely,
Baldwin Park HOA
